Learning on the Rigid Heddle Loom is a perfect way to be introduced to the fascinating art of
weaving. Rigid Heddle Looms are simple, portable, and easy to learn on, and yet they
produce beautiful woven pieces that you will be proud to show off!
In this class you will learn all the basics needed to set up a Rigid Heddle Loom, warping the loom and setting it up to weave a simple scarf. Once woven , you will be shown how to remove it from the loom and finish the edges with a twisted fringe, creating a 5-6 foot scarf you will proudly wear. A choice of yarns will be available to choose from. There is a $15.00 material fee that will be collected at the beginning of the class
