Crochet 201: Beyond the Basics

Description of Course:
You’ve learned the basic stitches and techniques, now it’s time to level up! In this course, you
will master working with colour as we create a striped project basket, learn to make ripples and
waves, and lastly, learn the C2C “corner to corner” crochet technique to create mosaics using
different yarns and colours.
Mandatory $8 materials fee.
$95 for non-members + $8 materials = $103 for non-members
$80 for members + $8 materials = $88 for members
Students will need to bring their hooks and notions to class. Instructor will provide yarn for the
first project basket as it is specific to the project and not commonly available in stores. Yarn
needed for subsequent projects is not included. A DK/3 weight yarn is recommended for the
ripples/waves and a worsted/4 weight yarn for the C2C project.
