Our friend Amber was an excellent crafter, and what she crafted best was friendships.
Please join us on October 1st 2023 for a life celebration.
Location: The Burr House – 530 Carrville Rd, Richmond Hill, Ontario. (See map below.)
Date: Sunday October 1st 2023 from 1pm to 5pm.
Timeline of Event:
1pm – doors open to allow people to view some of Amber’s craft work, photos, and tour the Guild Hall of the Burr House Spinners and Weavers where Amber spent much of her time.
2pm to 3pm – an open mike to allow friends to share stories of Amber and her impact on their lives.
3:30pm – dedication of Amber’s table loom now part of the Guild teaching supplies
4:00pm – A crafting circle for spinning, weaving, crafting and visiting.
Simple refreshments will be available.
The event will be held outside weather permitting.
Parking is limited so please consider car pooling.
